Big double with ensuite bathroom in lovely house

This is a lovely spacious double room with it's own ensuite bathroom in a beautiful four bedroom house in a quiet tree lined road in South Woodford.

We are close to 2 parks and the shops and bars of South Woodford's George Lane are less than a 7-8 minute walk away. It's also a 7-8 minute walk to South Woodford tube station, where the Central line will speed you through to the City in 20 minutes, Canary Wharf in 15 and the West End in 25. We are 10 minutes away from the Olympic park at Stratford and the beautiful Epping Forest where there are loads of walking and biking trails.

There is free on-street parking if you have a car. If you ride a bike you can store it in the garden but not in the house.

There are two of us in the house, me and my 18 year old son.
We are busy people who work and study during the day, and we will be happy to give you hints and tips if you are new to living in London.

The room occupies the whole top floor of the 3 storey house, which is not shared with anyone else, so we won't be living on top of each other. Most people think the room feels like a studio flat. We only live on the ground and first floors so it's really private. It has it's own TV and freeview box, lots of storage and hanging space, a desk, kettle and a great view over the large garden. The private ensuite has a power shower, washbasin and WC.

You will have full access to the rest of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen where you will have space to store your food, and a utility room with washing machine and fridge freezer. All crockery, cutlery and glassware is included.

This is ideally suited to a MON-FRI let. You won't have to clear the room each week, but we like a bit more privacy at weekends. We are flexible, so that's not strict, and if you have a friend or partner joining you for the occasional weekend that's ok as well.
