Double room in sociable, spacious home

Hey future house mate 😅

We have a double room that will be available in our lovely house share from 27/10/24 in Southfields. We have just moved from our previous flat, where we lived together but Rob, our previous housemate is unfortunately (but excitingly) moving in with his girlfriend.

We are a 5 minute walk from Southfields Station on the District Line. It is also a 15 minute walk from Earlsfield station on the overground line into Waterloo.

We are a guy (Henry) and 2 girls (Bec and Bella), looking for another guy.

We are all very sociable but equally busy and enjoy our own time. We will often be found chatting in the kitchen or chilling in the lounge. We also organise regular house activities such as going out for dinner, games nights or gig night at the Half Moon. We are clean, tidy and respectful of the communal space.

A bit about each of us:
Bec - enjoys getting out of the house for anything outdoorsy and going for drinks with friends.

Bella - the Australian who enjoys drinks with friends, travelling and trying to understand proper English.

Henry - often out exploring London, watching any sport he can and searching for the best hot choc.

The house is a HUGE, lovely 4 bed with plenty of space, we have 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen and lounge.

The kitchen has two fridges, one freezer so plenty of space for food. You will have your own large double cupboard. The bathroom has both a washer and dryer so super useful when the weather isn't great! The house has tonnes of storage space for bikes, golf clubs, etc so that is a huge plus!

The landlords are a lovely couple from Oxford who are really approachable and quick to fix any issues.

There is road parking but this is permitted which you can easily apply for through the council.

Bills come to around £125, these include everything from Gas, electric, council tax, house essentials etc. and our fortnightly cleaner (who is super lovely!)
