The household is composed of 4 others adults of mixed race, origin, gender and sexual orientation, hence the new tenant will be open to diversity and respect each other's differences.

There is parking for 1 car outside the property, to be negotiated between sharers. However, there is plenty of free parking available on the street (except during Wimbledon tournament)
There is a Bus stop right outside to go to Putney, Southfields, Clapham Junction and Richmond.
The local tube station is Southfields in around 10 min walk.
