Looking for a tidy professional to join another 2 male professionals for a 3 bed flatshare. The flat is a converted victorian terraced mansionette occupying top 2 floors on a quiet residential road. Shared area is an open plan kitchen/dinner with beautiful view to the park. No separate living room!

The bedroom is converted from the original Reception room and hence is larger than usual, easily fit in a dedicated work space. The room also benefits with high ceiling and 2 big sash windows bring in plenty of light. You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other tenant only.

It's mins to/from the high street with many amenities ranging from shops and restaurants to leisure centres and large green spaces - Coronation Gardens and Wimbeldon Park are both within walking distance.

Regarding transport options, Southfields Station is within a short walking distance providing District Line services, while Earlsfield station is also close, providing National Rail services in and out of London.

There are two existing tenants. Both are social, respect each others space in common areas. Here are their intro:
1) I'm a risk analyst in a hybrid role, usually spending 3 days a week in the office. outside of work, I enjoy reading, learning new things, baking/cooking, exploring different parts of London, and going on nature walks.
2) I work full time as an operations manager for a small hospitality group in London. I'm clean, respectful and easy-going. I'm sociable but also really value having a calm home and my own space.

Bills are not included in the rent and are split between 3 of you - rougly £100/month ish:
- Council tax: £75/month
- Gas & electricity: £140-150/month
- Water: £58/month
- Internet: £20-30/month

On top of this, there is also a cleaner fee: bi-weekly for £40-60. Pls discuss and agree with the existing tenants as they organise this among themselves.
