We're looking for a new housemate to join our friendly and sociable home in Southfields.

The room:
Bright and spacious double room with plenty of storage including a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.

The essentials:
• £900pcm rent
• Bills approximately £95pcm each
• Council Tax Band C (Wandsworth)
• Free parking available
• 10-minute walk to Southfields station (District Line).
• Close to Earlsfield, Putney & Wimbledon.

The house:
The flat has three bedrooms (plus a small spare room), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a shared bathroom, separate toilet, a comfortable living/dining room, and a balcony.

Location:
Southfields is a lovely, friendly area with great coffee shops, pubs and parks. Wimbledon Common is just around the corner for walks, runs and weekend pub trips, and it's easy to get into central London on the District Line.

About us:
I’m Frankie (29) and I work as a Food Technologist at Itsu. I'm sociable and easy-going, I love cooking, hosting friends for dinner, playing netball (badly), running, exploring London and getting out into the countryside for walks.

At the moment I live with my boyfriend Alex (29), who works in Chemical Engineering. He'll be relocating for work in September and will only be back on some weekends, so you'll mainly be sharing with me going forward.

We're looking for a female professional, ideally in her late 20s or early 30s, who is friendly and considerate. We'd love to find someone who enjoys a chat, shared meal or pub trip, while also having their own friends, interests and independence.

We've been lucky to have a really nice house dynamic with previous housemates and would love to create that again.
