2 bed flat for short let for single or couple.

I have a 2 bedroom flat that is going to be listed for sale and therefore I am looking for a single tenant or couple who want accommodation for a shorter period. I am flexible, but the expected available period of rental would likely be between 1 and 4 months.

Normally the apartment would rent for around £1500 per month, but for a shorter let, I will consider a rental of £1250 for a couple and possibly £1150 for a single person which will include the council tax.

The apartment is in a block run by Wandsworth Council, but all of the 55 flats are in private ownership, mainly owned by or rented to young professionals. It is only about 6 minutes walk from the Southfields district line tube and village with lots of shops and restaurants. The current tenants are leaving around 22 September having lived there for 5 years.

You need to be someone keen and willing to keep the place super tidy and you need to be flexible to allow sales viewings (though to be honest the slow sales market means it won't be very many.)
