The house is three floors with more than enough space for 4 people. There is a large kitchen with access to a garden too. There is a living room and downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom.
You will be sharing with three girls, Poppy, Zoe and Erica who are aged between 26-32 and love reading, sports/fitness and the occasional glass of wine!
The house is close to Wimbledon park and less than 3 minute walk from the District line and 20 minute walk to Earlsfield. There are busses to Clapham Junction that stop right outside the house.
The rent will be covered until 14th November. The deposit should be paid to the Tennant moving out and is £923. Bills come to roughly £90 per month and rent is £900.
The room will be available from 31st October but is subject to referencing.
