Christmas/NY Sublet in Southfields House

I’m travelling over Christmas and am subletting my top floor double bedroom for a one month sublet, within a 5 bedroom female house in Southfields.

Dates available are from Friday 18th December 2026 to Friday 15th January 2027. You’d share a bathroom with one other girl. The house is a gorgeous 3 story home within a 7 minute walk to Southfields station (district line), or 10 minute walk to Earlsfield Station (train into Waterloo in 15 minutes). There’s also the 156 bus at the end of the street.

For the full month’s sublet it costs £870 with no bills on top, which is required to be paid upfront prior to move in to secure the room.

You’d be sharing the house with 4 other lovely girls all in their mid twenties who may be in and out with their own various Christmas plans but it’s a very friendly, clean vibe and we treat the house as our own and would want a similar person to fill the sublet. Must be respectful, tidy and considerate to the space.
