The flat is a 4 bedroom split level. It comes with a large separate kitchen which comes with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and oven. The living area has been newly painted and comes with two large sofas and coffee table. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower/bath, toilet and sink; and one with a toilet.

I am moving out in mid-November and need someone to take the room. The current flatmates are 3 friendly young professionals, looking for a new flatmate who is clean and tidy.

The flat is less than 10mins walk to Southfields tube where you can take the District Line. There is also a bus stop out right the front with links to Putney, Wimbledon and Clapham. The owner pays for the water bill, so just electricity and gas which is approx £30pcm.
