Flexible move in date.
Our flatmate is sadly leaving after 3 yrs, she is flexible with her moving date and only needs 2 weeks notice, so you could move in from November onwards. We’re looking for someone who will be happy here long term (1+ years, I’ve been here over 4 yrs), so if you need time we’ll wait for you.

A little about us :)
Our home is peaceful, homely, clean and tidy. Sometimes a friend will visit, but not to party. We’ve been here a long while, we get along extremely well, we support each other, really connect and have fun together (we love a games night!). At the same time we have very busy lives, so we also do our own thing and enjoy alone time.

Flatmate on your floor
You will share the floor with me. I’m very relaxed and open; I can be both quiet and lively, reflective and fun.

Housemate upstairs
She’s very open, friendly, a thinker who also likes to have fun. She has her own floor, but she’s always ready to welcome us with a smile and has an endless capacity to listen (don’t know how she does it!!).

New flatmate (maybe you... :)
Someone 23-33, open, friendly, a good communicator who wants to be part of a calm and happy home. Office hours are essential to fit in with the household. One person only. We’re eager to meet and welcome you to our home!


Length of stay
We’d like you to stay for at least 1 year, hopefully longer - please respect that.

Rent and bills – £870 Total. We’ve put the total figure so you don’t have to do the maths, but rent and bills are SEPARATE. We pay £870 every month, but it will increase if bills go up.

References and credit search are required, but no agency or other fees.
