I need to move closer to my new job, but I want to allow plenty of time to find someone for my room who is a great fit for my amazing flatmates and will appreciate the truly warm, lovely home they’ve created. The earliest move in date is 4 weeks after you sign the contract. I have exams in November & December so I can't move out then. You're welcome to move in either by early November, or from January onwards.

A little about us :)
Our home is peaceful, homely, clean and tidy. A friend will visit sometimes, but not to party. We’ve been here quite a long while, we get along extremely well, we're considerate, support each other, really connect and have fun together (love games night :). At the same time we have very busy lives, so we also do our own thing and enjoy alone time.

Flatmate on your floor
You will share the floor with my lovely flatmate. She’s thoughtful, relaxed and open; she can be both quiet and lively, reflective and fun (and don’t worry her clubbing days are behind her)

Housemate upstairs
She’s very open, kind, friendly, a thinker who also likes to have fun. She has her own floor, but she’s always ready to welcome us with a smile and has an endless capacity to listen (don’t know how she does it!!).

New flatmate (Maybe you...:)
✓A full time, permanent job with Office Hours (9-6) is non negotiable - really sorry :(.
✓24-33, open, friendly, a good communicator who wants to be part of a calm and happy home.

Contract –We’d like you to stay for at least 1½ year, hopefully a lot longer. If you really needed to leave, we'd look to for a replacement.

Rent and bills – £880 TOTAL. We’ve put the total figure so you don’t have to do the math, but rent and bills are SEPARATE. We pay £880 every month, but it will increase if bills go up.

References and credit search are required, but no agency or other fees.
