Spacious Double room with lots of storage

I am looking for a lodger for my newly renovated 2 bedroom flat which is owned by myself. I am female in my forties and will also be living in the property.

I have a spare spacious double room with lots of storage and is available for 2 - 6 months. I am not sure what my plans are for 2025 because I may go travelling and this is the reason I’m advertising for short term. There could be a possibility of extending it but I do not want to promise this in case it does not happen.

Good transport links to Central London either by tube or overland either via Southgate Tube Station or Winchmore Hill Train Station. I live 15 minutes’ walk from both stations. Good bus network to local areas.

Couple of minutes’ walk to Groveland’s Park.

Marks and Spencer’s food hall – 12 mins
Asda – 15 mins
Sainsbury’s – 15 mins.

Room comes with furnishing of a bed frame with mattress and bedside tables, bed side tables can be removed if not needed. There is plenty of storage in the room that is built in.

I am a busy professional and sometimes I can get caught up in my work, therefore I enjoy the peace and quiet when I am home in the weekdays. It is not a party house, but I am sociable and happy for you to have friends over. I am looking for a kind, considerate and tidy person to share my home with me.

I am open to all genders who are looking for short term and also open to lowering the price if you only need the room in the weekdays. I am open to short term options so feel free to make contact if you are interested.
