Double room

Large double room is available at Hampden Way in Southgate for rent. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a chair. The rent is inclusive of all bills, including broadband. There is a bathroom with a shower, WC, wash basin, and a bathtub. An additional WC with a hand basin is also available. You will be sharing the kitchen, WC, and the bathroom with the other housemates. Southgate and Arnos Grove stations (Piccadilly line) are only a short bus ride away (6 minutes to Southgate and 9 minutes to Arnos Grove). Totteridge & Whetstone on Northern line is only around 10 minutes bus ride away. One can walk to Southgate station in 16 minutes
There are loads of takeaways, including
Piazza (both Pizza Hut and Dominos),
Chinese, Turkish, etc. There are a few very
nice cafes, only a minute walk away. There is a Tesco Metro and some convenience stores within a minute walk. Big Asda supermarket is only 12 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by bus away. A gastropub/Turkish kitchen is only a few seconds away. You will have loads of other food choices in Southgate town centre too
