Hi I'm Eve! I am looking for someone to take over both rooms in my flat as me and my flatmate are moving out. Move in date is the July 19th, although this is flexible!

You will need a full time job and references that will need to be checked by our rental agency to be approved. The deposit is £2000 for the whole flat or £1000 per person.

-living room with sofa and dining table
-large wardrobes
-fully furnished flat, includes bed and mattress in the bedrooms

Cost
-£875 for rent only or £1750 for the flat as a whole
-bills average £320 in the winter and £280 in the summer, this includes gas, electric, water, broadband, and council tax.

Most furniture is included but some may be extra for us to leave behind, please ask if you are interested.
