Very spacious room with king bed and own bathroom

Very spacious room on ground floor with king bed and access to patio and garden with its own bathroom and shared kitchen on the same floor. The house is shared with landlord and partner who live on the first floor with own cooking facilities and access to the kitchen on the ground floor (fridge, washer, dishwasher, microwave). We have a cat with us upstairs which goes out into the garden through the shared kitchen. It is in a safe area within 6 minutes walking distance to supermarket and shops and 10-12 minutes (0.6 miles) to Southgate underground station.
