A furnished room is available in my modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Southgate, North London.

The flat is around a 10-minute walk from Southgate Underground Station (Piccadilly line), giving easy connections into central London, and is close to local shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and other amenities.

The room comes furnished and, importantly, you'll have your own sizable bathroom with both a full-size bath and shower. I have a separate bathroom, so there'll be no need to share. You'll also have full use of the spacious shared living area and kitchen.

I'm a 38-year-old working professional and live in the other bedroom. I'm friendly, sociable and easy-going, but also appreciate having a relaxed, clean and comfortable home. I enjoy cooking, keeping fit, getting out and about in London and travelling when I get the chance.

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy flatmate who will treat the flat as their home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Professionals and mature students are both welcome.
