I am looking for a clean, highly considerate short-term tenant for the period January-June 2025. The price is negotiable, depending on the length of stay. However, I have a preference for someone who could stay the entire period.

The flat is based almost exactly between Waterloo and Elephant & Castle. You can get to Southwark tube (Jubilee line) in about 6 minutes walk, and Elephant & Castle tube (Bakerloo and Northern lines) in about 7 minutes walk. Waterloo station is about 10 minutes walk. I can walk to Covent Garden in about 20 minutes.

As you can see in the photos, it's a super modern, clean, minimalist flat with high quality furnishings so I am looking for someone who can look after the place very well.

I would therefore ask to respect some basic rules: no pets, no parties, shoes off, and make reasonable efforts to avoid damaging / scratching the floor and furnishings.

*Additionally, as you'd expect in a residential building, consideration should be given to the neighbours when playing music or using the piano, especially after 11pm.
