Hi, my flatmate is moving out and I am looking to fill her room (late June onwards)

- Rent: £1250 pm without bills
- Bills: c.£200 (council tax, WiFi, water, gas, electricity)
- Deposit: £1300
- Location: Southwark, 5 mins walk to Southwark / Waterloo station, SUPER CENTRAL
- Flat: living room, separate kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), toilet with bath, there is also a shared garden in the building
- Flatmate: me!, 25, girl, friendly (I’d say so👀), full-time working professional, currently having running as my personality…., do love a pint also

Looking for someone who’s friendly, kind, interesting, clean and wants to be friends and not just a housemate!

Also needs to pass reference check etc.

No students (sorry!)
