I’m looking for one person only (no couples) to share my flat in the heart of Waterloo. Ideally, you’ll be a working professional, although I would also consider postgraduate and overseas students.
I spend most of my time staying with my girlfriend, so in practice you’ll usually have the flat largely to yourself. However, family members occasionally stay in my room when they’re working in London or visiting friends.
This is an ideal option for someone looking for a quiet, low-occupancy home rather than a busy, crowded house share. The maximum occupancy of the flat will only ever be two people.
I’m happy to arrange a quick WhatsApp chat initially, with viewings available afterwards.

* South Bank and the riverside
* Covent Garden and the West End (approximately 1.5 miles away)
* Waterloo Station and Southwark Station (both around a 5-minute walk)

Please note that the sitting room is used as my private bedroom and will not be accessible.
