The flat is a 5 min walk from Oval station on the northern line and a 20 min walk from Vauxhall station on the Victoria Line or a 5 minute cycle. Alternatively Camberwell is a 10/15 min walk in the other direction with Brixton the same distance just south of the flat.

It's a great area for bars, restaurants and gyms aswell as local community saunas and leisure centres. It's right on the border of Zone 1 and 2 so its close enough to central London for a work commute or for meeting friends in Clapham/Brixton/Balham.

More about me, I work in construction and enjoy socialising with flat mates when possible, whether that be dinner in the flat or a night out. I keep the place clean and tidy and expect any flatmates to do the same, last thing any of us want is to have to clean up after someone else.
