Seeking a flatmate for a double room with ensuite and private balcony. Room available to move in any time from mid November, happy to wait until the beginning of February for the right person.

Central location - 5m walk to Southwark station (Jubilee), 9m to Borough (Northern), 12m to Waterloo. Flat is ground floor, slightly elevated above street level. Street is lively during day but empty at night, not had a problem with crime. Noise isolation is good, have never been disturbed by outside when trying to sleep.

Photos were taken recently as current flatmate is still living here, bedroom and bathroom will be professionally cleaned before you move in.

- have lived in this flat for 2 years
- honest, clean, respectful, mostly keep to myself
- big into music, enjoy gigs and the occasional bit of techno
- vegan, would love if you were too but not a requirement
- don't cook much

Ideally you are:
- tidy and respectful of the shared areas
- financially responsible and able to pay rent/bills reliably and on time
- socially liberal and open minded, accepting of LGBT+
