Double room in shared flat, 5 mins walk from Southwark tube, 10 mins to the river. Room has double Futon mattress and happy to add desk and chest of drawers, and wardrobe if needed.
The building is 7 stories high, with two lifts available. The flat is on the top floor, and has a small balcony overlooking Nelson Square. The building has a private garden.
The tenant will be sharing with me, and my partner who stays a few days a week. I am a yoga teacher and Somatic Experiencing practitioner, so clients often have sessions in the living room during the day.
I'm looking for someone with a daytime job at an external location.
