Friendly, sociable home in great central location

Hello there. This is a great centrally located flat. You would be sharing with three lovely ladies aged 24,29 and 38 from America, Ireland and Sweeden. Two are working in excellent professions and one is doing a Masters in Biology.

This room is very bright being on the second floor with a direct view of the Shard and trees outside the window. It measures 9'7" (2. 92m) by 8'11" (2. 71m). It is furnished with a double bed, quality mattress, five drawer chest and two wall shelves with chrome clothes rail. There is a wooden laminated floor, double radiator and double glazed window with roller blind.

There is a good sized kitchen with lots of cupboard space. It is fully furnished with large fridge freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, microwave etc. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with table and four chairs. There is an efficient gas combi boiler with full central heating and double glazing throughout the flat so everyone is warm.

The flat is just a few minutes to Southwark tube station and about a ten minute walk (0. 6 miles) to Blackfrairs Bridge and the City.

Council tax, water, electricity and internet are all included in the rent. You will be sharing gas.

The contract is very flexible. There is a minimum stay of one month. After that you can leave anytime with only one month's notice.

The flat is rented directly by me, the landlord, so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees. I have been a landlord for over thirty years and it is my full time occupation so I can respond quickly to your needs.

Upon payment, your deposit is immediately protected by the Government Scheme, MyDeposits. You will be issued with a signed certificate which will give you peace of mind. If I run off to South America with some pretty girl (unlikely but I can dream!) or get run over by a bus (more likely but hopefully not), you will be able to get your deposit back. I always return deposits quickly and efficiently in full as soon as the keys are returned. All you need to do is give me one month’s notice and clean your room on departure.
