Double rooms in friendly professional house share!

Hello!

I’m looking for one or two new housemates to take either one or both of the available double rooms in a well-kept shared house in Camberwell.

I no longer live at the property, but I care about it and want to find people who’ll be a great fit. The house is currently shared with Katy and Kishan, a friendly, easygoing couple in their thirties. They’re respectful, sociable without being intrusive, and are looking for like-minded housemates who want a relaxed and considerate home.

The house is spacious, with a separate living room, a garden, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a proper dining table for shared meals. There’s also fast fibre broadband throughout.

Both available rooms are good-sized doubles and come furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There’s also a large built-in cupboard in the hallway just outside the rooms, providing plenty of additional storage.

The house is on a quiet residential street just off Camberwell New Road, so it’s peaceful while still being close to everything. Kennington Park is nearby, along with plenty of great pubs, cafés and restaurants. Camberwell, Oval and Brixton are all within easy reach. Transport links are excellent, with Oval station around an 8-minute walk away, Vauxhall close by, and a 24-hour bus stop just 30 seconds from the front door. There’s also a Co-op, corner shop and takeaway just around the corner.

We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate and easygoing, and who wants somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to stay.
