Double rooms in friendly professional house share!

Hello!

I’m looking for a new housemates to take a double room in a well-kept shared house in Camberwell.

I no longer live at the property, but I care about it and want to find someone who’ll be a good fit. The house is currently shared with Sophie, a young professional in her mid twenties. She’s easygoing, friendly and respectful, and is looking for someone similar to join the house.

The house is spacious, with a separate living room, a garden, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a proper dining table for shared meals. There’s fibre broadband throughout.

The available room is a good-sized double and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a built-in cupboard. There’s also a large built-in cupboard in the hallway just outside the room for additional storage.

The house is on a quiet residential street just off Camberwell New Road, so it’s peaceful but close to everything. Kennington Park is nearby, along with great pubs, cafés and restaurants. Camberwell and Brixton are within easy reach. Transport links are excellent: Oval station is around an 8-minute walk, Vauxhall is close by, and there’s a 24-hour bus stop 30 seconds from the door. A Co-op, corner shop and takeaway are also just around the corner.

One important note: I may look to sell the property in the summer, so the let is initially for around three months and then rolling. If circumstances change, plenty of notice would be given. I want to be transparent about this from the outset.

I’m looking for someone tidy, considerate and easygoing who wants a relaxed and respectful home.
