A spacious double room will soon be available in our lovely 3-bedroom flat, ideally located right next to Spitalfields Market.

The flat is perfectly situated with excellent transport links:
• Liverpool Street – 10 mins walk
• Aldgate East – 8 mins walk
• Shoreditch High Street – 12 mins walk

The flat is on the 3rd (top) floor of the building and has a calm, homely feel. The available room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, bookshelf and a spacious double wardrobe. Move-in is available from March.

You’ll be right in the heart of East London, just a short walk from Shoreditch, Brick Lane and the City of London, with amazing access to cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and everything the area has to offer.

We’re looking for a kind, considerate and tidy flatmate to join our home. You’ll be living with two female professionals in their late 20s. We’re friends and enjoy the occasional dinner or drink together, but we also respect each other’s space and are very happy doing our own thing. We’re both into the arts (film, theatre and visiting galleries) and enjoy running and going to the gym. We work in the creative industries – Sophia in book publishing and Kitty in film/TV.

Rent: £925 per month
Bills: Not included; approx. £100–120 per month
