Double room in friendly flat with balcony

Hello! I am subletting my room in Spitalfields from March till early July (flexible), just a short walk from Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane, with Liverpool Street and Aldgate East stations nearby!

The room is on the top floor in a four-bedroom flat. It’s cosy and bright, with a large window, furnished with a bed, dresser, chairs, cupboards and storage unit. The current images are of my flatmate's room which I will be taking over this week, i. e. desk will be replaced with my wooden furniture. I will update the photos this coming weekend.

You will be living with three friendly flatmates in their early thirties, from Italy, Singapore and UK. They mostly work from home and enjoy relaxed occasional hang outs, dinner and watching TV in our shared living room.

Pros:
- Great location and price (bills included)
- Quiet bedroom facing the balcony rather than the street
- Large kitchen, living room, bathroom, patio for your bike

Cons:
- The building is older – perfectly functional, no mold, but not luxury
- Despite having two bathrooms, only one shower works, however, we never experience overlaps due to flexible schedules

We’re looking for someone kind, tidy, considerate and reliable, ideally in their late twenties or early thirties. We value good communication, mutual respect, and someone who’s open to being friendly around the flat without any pressure. Finding the right fit matters to us, so everyone meets shortlisted candidates before a final decision!
