The flat is a large one double bed, with separate sitting room, kitchen and bathroom, with a pleasant rear garden. It is on the first floor. It's in an early Victorian two storey town house, cosy and end-of-terrace with ample but permit-restricted parking. The beautiful rear garden is nice to sit and read in if the weather is good. (Entrance is via side gate.) I would prefer to let to a single person, to limit wear and tear etc!
If you don't know it St. John's is a conservation area gem with the street sitting equidistant between St. John's station (which goes into Cannon St and London Bridge, 10 minutes) and Deptford Bridge DLR (Canary Wharf, 10 minutes). Both stations are a three minute walk away. Greenwich, Blackheath, Brockley, Lewisham and Deptford are each a ten min. stroll. Brockley Farmers' Market is a nice place to chill out at Saturday mornings. The Brookmill Pub, a gastro pub, is a minute's walk away.
The rent is £2,075 per month (adjusted per week / per day etc for shorter lets) which includes all bills to a total of £150.00 (additional charge may apply for high heating usage in winter but this covers ‘normal’ use). The bills for water, electricity, gas, broadband and council tax are ALL included in the amount for bills meaning total monthly cost to a tenant of £2,075)
