Double room in my recently refurbished 2 bed flat in the heart of St John's Wood, available from 10 Dec. All bills are included, plus Sky, Netflix, Prime and a weekly cleaner.

The room is a double room with a double bed, wardrobe and extra under-bed storage. There's also basement storage in the building. One bathroom shared between the two of us.

The flat is a smart home that's genuinely fun to live in. Hue lights throughout that can sync to whatever's on the 65 inch Neo LED TV, a Sonos soundbar, Google Assistant, fingerprint locks and app-controlled heating in every room. There's also a dishwasher, a washer dryer, an induction hob and a full size fridge freezer. The building has a communal garden, three lifts and secure bike parking.

Location
St John's Wood (Jubilee line) and Maida Vale (Bakerloo line) are both an 8 minute walk. From St John's Wood you're about 4 mins from Bond Street, 15 from London Bridge and 20 from Canary Wharf. Regent's Park is on the doorstep. On-street residents' parking is available in Westminster.
