We are two flatmates looking for a third one to join us in a modern flat located in St John's Wood starting Oct 26th (earlier move in date possible) It is located at a 7 min walk from St John's Wood station.
The room is on a floor on its own with a walk-in closet. You will be sharing a toilet with one other flatmate (see floorplan). The flat has very spacious shared space, with (very) high ceilings and ceiling windows throughout.
We are both young professionals and are quite outgoing and love keeping the flat clean and tidy.
Council tax band G - c.40 gbp/person
Important detail - we secured a 10% discount through paying 6 months in advance, so a 6 month upfront payment will be needed.
