Ensuite bedroom available in March

Hey! I am looking for a new housemate!
It’s a two bedroom cozy apartment. You will have a small furnished double bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe and your own en-suite and balcony/fire escape.
It’s a really lovely and safe area, it almost feels like we’re not in London sometimes with how green and quiet the area is. The neighbours are mostly all lovely and friendly and it’s overall a very nice place to live!
Literally no more than twelve minutes to Maida Vale and St John’s Wood tube station, and no more than ten minutes to Kilburn high Road overground, so most places are easy to get to and we are also close to all the amenities, restaurants, shops etc that all these areas have. We are also just round the corner from the famous Abbey Road crossing too, so it really is a great location.
BILLS:
Alas they are not included. Bills during the winter usually come to around £130 each per month (electric, gas, wifi, water, council tax which is band D)

You will have to earn at least £35k annually in order to pass through checks.

A little bit about me, I work as a nanny so I am out of the home the majority of the time until August, other than every other weekend off, so you will mostly have the place to yourself! I am gluten intolerant against my will so all I ask is you don’t make direct eye contact with me when consuming breaded goods. I love music, literature and art; I am pretty quiet at home and especially during the week I come home, eat, shower, and then crawl to my bedroom and enjoy the silence after listening to Elsa all day. I enjoy listening to vinyl, reading, drinking espressos until I explode, going to gigs, pubs, or pretending I know what I’m looking at in an art gallery.
Im very easy going and make a lot of jokes. I have no rules, no expectations, and don’t care what you do as long as you’re respectful. Good communication is a must, and passive aggression brings me out in a terrible rash!

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:

Just looking for absolute bare minimum really; a pleasant person who respects my privacy, has common sense and can clean up after themselves. In an ideal world, I would love us to have a great relationship and sit down and have a giggle and chat over a glass of wine/tea from time to time but realistically, so long as you’re nice and I can trust you to look after the place while I’m away I’m happy!

My previous housemates were not interested in decorating the apartment and I realise it is an eclectic taste; I am more than happy to adjust and move things out so you can have your own spin on it, particularly as the bedroom doesn’t have the space for it!

Due to my working commitments, I’m only able to offer viewings every other weekend! The next time I’m available will be the weekend of the 31st January!
