The building has an on-site gym, and a parking spot, it's gated and has a lift and a nice communal garden next to the canal. The balcony has a view of it.
The room is £ 1250 + bills. Looking for a female roomate :)
Both girls are working professionals who enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, going out, travelling and meeting new people.
