Description
Available from 15th July 2026 (flexible- can be later).
We’re female young professionals and enjoy living together.
£840 per month + £113 bills per month
We’re looking for another nice girl to come and live with us.
Local area:
- 5 minutes in one direction there is St John’s Wood High street. There are supermarkets, bakeries, charity shops etc. And lots of lovely cafes.
- 5 minutes the other direction there is Kilburn where there’s a long shopping strip. All the major shops ― Aldi, Sainsburys, Iceland, M&S, Tesco, Boots & Superdrug. Lots of hardware stores, pound shops, and a market.
- Lots of gyms, and swimming pool.
- 30 seconds on the next road is a row of local shops. Really great for quick pint of milk or loaf of bread. We’ve lived here that long that we are friends with the local shop keepers.
- Pubs- Lots of local pubs.
Gardens- We’re super lucky that we live so close to so many green spaces. Often in the summer we’ll go for picnics together or they’re great if you just fancy going to read a book by yourself.
- 1-minute walk away there’s a pretty community garden
- Walking distance from Regents Park, Primrose Hill and Regents Canal for nice walks
- Walking distance from Paddington Recreation Ground. Again, another beautiful park that also has tennis courts.
Transport- We live so centrally that it’s so easy to get anywhere.
- Tube. We’re walking distance to St John’s Wood Station (Jubilee Line), and Maida Vale (Bakerloo Line) and South Hampstead (overground).
- Bus stop is right outside our front door, which is great late at night as you can step right off the bus and into the flat. These buses go through Oxford Street, Baker Street, Waterloo, Regents Street, Kilburn, West Hampstead etc.
Cleaning- We have a weekly cleaning rota and we also have a cleaner who comes occasionally to do more of a deep clean (oven, fridge etc).
Room- It is furnished with a bed, wardrobes and drawers, and a huge bright bay window.
Please note that we do not have a living room.
Bills are £113 per month- this covers electricity, gas, council tax, water, internet and building service charge.
We are holding viewings now. Please do not contact about virtual viewings. We are only doing face to face.
Please *WhatsApp* to arrange a viewing as I'll be checking this quicker on my phone rather than this website. Please note there might be a short delay in response due to being at work.
When you WhatsApp, please provide a little bit of information about yourself. Thank you :)
No Working From Home.
