Hi, are you looking for a modern, hassle-free short-term base in London? We have a large, fully furnished double bedroom available in our lovely, newly renovated home. It is ideal for a professional needing a comfortable, high-end space for up to 2 months. Available from 31st May!

The Space:

Your Room: A spacious room featuring a double bed, a dedicated desk and office chair for comfortable working, a private sofa to unwind on, a small TV, and extensive storage (wardrobes and a chest of drawers).

Your Bathroom: Typically you will have sole use of the main bathroom, as we use our own en-suite.

Shared Areas: Access to a bright, newly renovated open-plan kitchen, living room, and patio garden! We also have a spare bicycle available if you fancy cycling around London :)

The Location:
< 10-min walk: Camden Town Station (Northern Line), Camden Road Overground, and the vibey Coal Drops Yard.
< 15-min walk: King’s Cross St. Pancras (6 Tube lines + International rail links).

About Us:
We're a friendly, easygoing professional couple in our 30s working in the tech industry. We split our time between the office and home (WFH 2–4 days a week). We love socializing, cooking up a good meal, fitness, and travel, but we also value our quiet downtime.

We are flexible if you work from home—we have high-speed broadband and your bedroom has an office desk and chair! We keep our home very clean and tidy, and we are looking for a like-minded, respectful professional who values a nice balance of independent space and friendly chats over a glass of wine or tea :)

The Details:
Rent: £1,500 pcm (Strictly short stay, maximum 2 months).
All Bills Included: Council tax, electricity, water, high-speed internet, Apple TV, plus a professional cleaner every 2 weeks.
Deposit: £750 (based on a 1-month stay, scalable).
Preferences: No pets, no couples, and no smoking.
