I am looking for a student to take over my room at Beaumont Court, King’s Cross (NW1).

Room: Medium Standard Double Ensuite
Rent: £365/week
Property: Beaumont Court, 1–45 College Grove, King’s Cross, London NW1
Tenancy: 2026/27 academic year, currently available for replacement
Available: As soon as the replacement tenancy can be arranged with Unite Students

The room is in a student accommodation building with an ensuite bedroom and shared flat facilities.

This would be a replacement tenancy directly with Unite Students — I am not subletting the room myself. The new tenant will need to meet Unite Students' eligibility/guarantor requirements and complete their own agreement with Unite.
