Room in a spacious 2-bed flat near Kings Cross

Hi! I live in a spacious 2-bed, 2-bath flat near Kings Cross, and my flatmate is moving to another city, so her room is free from the end of October.

The flat
The room is a double bedroom with two separate bathrooms. The flat is spacious, with a shared living room and a proper kitchen. Location is very convenient:
* 10-15 min walk to Kings Cross station
* 10-15 min walk to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury
* 15-20 min walk to Camden Town
* Bus stop (390) about a minute from the front door

The details
* Rent is £1,120/month, plus bills (council tax, electricity, wifi, water), so about £1,300/month all in
* You can move in from 25th October
* The landlord will need proof of your right to rent in the UK
* The furniture in the room is £250 to take over from my previous flatmate (about half the original price).

About me and the flat
I moved to London for work and have lived in shared flats for years, most of the times with both women and men, so I'm used to a homely, easy-going flat. I enjoy cooking, and a dinner together in the kitchen happens now and then, but there's no pressure and everyone has their own space. I like to keep things clean and comfortable, and I'm into travelling and exploring London.

Who I'm looking for
Someone friendly and easy-going, tidy and considerate. Women and men are both welcome, and working professionals or grad students are both great.
