- Brand-new Bosch washing machine and separate tumble dryer

## A bit about us

My friend and I are both from overseas and love meeting people from different cultures. We enjoy travelling, trying new things, and meeting interesting people with different backgrounds and stories to share.

We also enjoy going to the gym, getting outdoors, hanging out together when we can, and watching films in the reception room. The house has a friendly, considerate atmosphere, with a good balance of spending time together and having our own space.

The room is for single occupancy only, and we're hoping to find someone looking for a long-term home.

## Who would suit us?

We're looking for someone with a stable job who is considerate, responsible and hoping to find a long-term home.

The right person would be:

- Naturally tidy and happy to help keep shared areas clean
- comfortable living with a dog
- A non-smoker who doesn't drink heavily and enjoys a calm lifestyle
- Friendly, open-minded and easy to communicate with
- Positive and easy-going, and interested in meeting people from different cultures
- Someone who appreciates a peaceful home rather than a party house

We're not simply looking to fill a room. We'd love to find someone who enjoys a bit of conversation, is curious about other people and cultures, and would feel comfortable being part of the household while still having their own space.
