Hi everyone!

We’re three girls in our mid-twenties to early thirties, and we’re looking for a subletter with similar vibes to join us in our flat located in N16. We’re hoping to find someone chill and easygoing who’d like to stay long-term.

The Room:
A large double bedroom on the semi-basement level.
Unfurnished, but the current tenant's furniture can be bought if needed.
Available for sublet asap (latest move in date is 20th of October) and until 20th December.
We're renewing the tenancy from 21st December, so we'd love for someone to move in long term and be added to the tenancy.
You'll share a bathroom with two other people.

Important:
The agency will need:
A reference from your previous landlord.
An employment reference.
Proof that your annual salary is at least 2.5x your share of the rent.

Rent & Bills:
Rent: £890 per month (so your annual salary needs to be at least £26,700).
Bills: Roughly £130 in winter and £80 in summer (this includes Wi-Fi, water/sewage, council tax, gas, and electricity).

Students are welcome, but you’ll need to be willing to pay council tax and may need a UK or International guarantor.

Unfortunately, no couples, or pets allowed.

About Us:
Mal: Enjoys concerts, treasure hunting at TK Maxx, and interior design (usually via The Sims while binging Netflix—Selling Sunset and Below Deck are top favorites).

Avery: A grad student from the US who is generally quiet but sociable and enjoys a good night in or out. Loves reading, music, and traveling.

Ell: Recently finished an MA in International Publishing. Loves playing tennis, exploring London, and watching bad reality TV.

We take pride in keeping our space clean and cozy, so we’re looking for someone tidy who’ll help keep up the vibe. We love a social, welcoming atmosphere but also respect each other’s personal space and boundaries.

Bonus points if you’re up for chipping in to help with our big, overgrown garden!
