A newly refurbished and fully furnished double room is available in a bright, spacious 3-bed flat in Stepney Green, shared with two friendly live-in landlords, Jim (37) and Tom (38).

The Location:
Set in a quiet residential area just a 7-minute walk to Stepney Green station and 9 minutes to Whitechapel, the flat has excellent transport links and easy access to local shops.

The Flat:
Split over two levels, the home features a large, light-filled living room, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. There’s secure bike storage and space to work from home, with a desk included in the room.

The Room:

• Double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers
• Desk space ideal for working or studying from home

The Living Situation:
You’ll be sharing with Jim and Tom, who each have their own room. We’re both in our late 30s, work weekdays, and tend to keep a relaxed, easy going atmosphere at home. Occasionally we’ll catch a movie or have dinner with our housemate, but we also respect each other’s space.

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate, and LGBTQIA+ friendly. Pets may be considered.
