Property will not suit everyone as lodger requirements are they are joining a halal household. Therefore no alcohol and pork can be consumed on premises and they need to meet their freinds / guest externally. If lodger is ok with complying this with halal household dietary requirements then can also consider.

The Room available is the Ensuite double bedroom with its own wc - however shower does not currently work but they can use the main bathroom. You will have access to the shared kitchen. Hence room is reduced to reflect these conditions.

If you have not have a profile you will not receive a response.

**If you have any bulk furnitures ie desk, chest of drawers to bring; there is no space in the room for these. This room is not suitable for you. Only someone with minimal clothes need respond.
