Henry - live-in landlord - works as a doctor for the NHS while managing a few businesses on the side, enjoys living in a clean and organised home but in equal parts, loves being social. Hobbies include good food and wine, cooking, health and wellness, live music and the occasional cheeky festival. Prioritises friends, family and living in a harmonious and symbiotic household.

Jay - my bestie - works as a doctor for the NHS also, and part time actor. Film lover, trust him for the best movie recommendations - always keen for a pint and a camp out in front of the projector for a movie night with the housemates. He's lived here for 5 years. Incredibly charming and social scouser, loves a good party with the boys. Super charismatic, ambitious individual and a brilliant person to travel with.

Mack - works as a nurse for the NHS. Has been living with us since January. Very driven, incredibly polite and a fantastic cook! Brings a delightful Philippino energy to the house.

Henry’s a very chilled, live-in landlord - easy going, good at listening and tends to any household problems that arise. He takes care of things like, household toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent tablets, hand soap, paper towel, communal kitchen condiments - amongst other general household supplies, for which we use split wise to divi up the costs.

Some extra things for added value include a Virgin Pure water filter system that produces purified hot and cold water at the press of a button, a De’Longhi Deduce Maestro Plus coffee machine, a state of the art, 5 in 1 surround sound system in the lounge, a projector for cinema nights and a dishwasher, tumble dryer and separate washing machine.

On the hunt for a top-notch housemate between the ages of 22-32, preferably male, who will add value to the household. Young, working professionals who enjoy a pint with the boys when the opportunity arises. Full time employment, but if WFH is a must, preferably no more than 1-2 days a week at home as we want to keep the communal areas open for the house to enjoy. We prioritise work and play balance and would like candidates to feel the same. On the hunt a housemate that is clean and tidy, respectful of individual and household spaces, laid back and keen to build friendships.

Downstairs bedroom includes a brand new, high end mattress, a narrow full length mirror mounted on the wall, a chest of drawers, wall shelves, a double fold-up desk and two small closeted rooms to store your belongings. It has vinyl flooring and immediate access to the ground floor communal bathroom with toilet and shower. The room is situated down stairs and opposite the second bathroom which, in practice, you’ll largely have access to yourself.
