Henry’s a very chilled, live-in landlord - easy going, good at listening and tends to any household problems that arise. He takes care of things like, household toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent tablets, hand soap, paper towel, communal salt and pepper - amongst other general household supplies, for which we use split wise to divi up the costs.

The room is situated down stairs and opposite the second bathroom so you’ll largely have access to this yourself.
