My brother and I bought a 4 bed beautiful house in Stepney green. we have lived here with 2 of our best friends for 5 years.
Renovated the garden and patio to be a lovely outdoor space where we regularly have garden parties and BBQ's.

9 min walk to whitechappel station overground / Elizabeth line

Sadly one of our lovely housemates are moving back to new York. So we are looking to bring a new housemate in to join our lovely home.
We have a large community of friends in this area so would like to find the right fit for the house but our friendship group too.

I am kids doctor in east london. but recently went part time to run a business. I am ambitous and work hard and love living in a clean and beautiful home.
However I am also very sociable. just spent 3 months travelling central america, go to festivals and gigs regularly. Love to cook, good wine, exercise and head to my boujee gym - third space. lived in london for 9 years and have an amazing network of friends.

My best mate - also an A&E doctor - but part time model and actor. Arguable even more sociable than me. Has very similar interests to me - loves travelling, live music, festivals, exercising - would make a great personal trainer. Scouse guy - with all the beautiful charm and charisma.

James - flatmate.
Legend from New Zealand. Loads of fun, amazing dj and always up for a chat and a few beers. Loves his sports squash, sailing , cricket.
His dj skills are pretty amazing and often plays a little settle when we have a birthday party at the house.

Looking for a professional guy to move into the spare rooms who has the same appreciation of work-social balance as we do, but is also laid back, clean, respectful and is interested in building a friendship within the house and hopefully our wider community.

Spare room - double bed with a new mattress. 2 walk in style wardrobes. Fold put desk for working. And set of drawers to keep your belongings. The room is opposite the downstairs bathroom. Which you will largely have to yourself. As the 3 bedrooms upstairs mostly use the upstairs bathroom.
