One bedroom available in two bed flat in Stepney.

My flatmate is sadly moving back to the US so I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my lovely Stepney Green flat. Move in date 1st of October (flexible).
Location:
The flat is on the top floor of a renovated church, with amazing views, access to pretty much every tube line and 5 -10 min walk from shops & post offices.
Tubes: 5-10 min walk Central line, District, Hammersmith& City, Overground, Lizzie Line
Shops: Tesco, Sainsbury, Asda & Post Office
Other: Pub a 5 min walk away and the iconic Genesis cinema is a 10 min walk
Local parks: 15-20 min walk to Victoria Park, 15 min bus to London Fields
The Flat:
Two bedroom flat with open plan living, dining and kitchen. Huge bathroom with both a bath & shower. The flat is furnished by the building and the rest by me. The building is extremely safe, with two separate pin code entrances. We also have a property management service that are on hand to fix anything!
We have a small balcony along with shared outdoor space. There is bike storage and gated car parking available!
The rent is £1100 (worth it for the location alone). Bills around £130 but go down based on season/usage

Recently turned 30 year old, originally from Essex. I’ve lived in London since 2017 (8 years) and lived in Bethnal Green, Hackney & now Stepney, big fan of East! I work in advertising and work in the office 3 days a week. In the evenings I either love making dinner together and watching telly/movies or heading to the pub.
You:
I’m open to anyone who is interested in the room, no preference on gender! Ideally 26-35, someone who loves a pint, a good chat over a movie and dinner together (if you’re keen). I’m more than happy to have friends round but not so much cleaning up after a 5am rager.
Pets are potentially allowed but we would have to apply to the building.
