I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a four bed flat in Stepney Green

Rent + Bills
Rent: 800 pm, deposit 923
Bills: Utilities + council tax come out to around 70-100 each month.

There is no living room in the flat which is a bummer but the kitchen and bathrooms get great morning light, and the bedrooms all get great afternoon/evening light. Great sunsets & views of the shard too.

Awesome place to live if you're out and about a lot

— 20 bus mins to Victoria Park

About your flatmates:

Molly: A 23 year old from Seattle working part time at an art gallery, and part time as a bartender. They are into music/ jamming, cycling, spending time outside, painting, making stuff, hanging out. They are nonbinary!

Maricel: Maricel is a freelance designer and artist on the side. She is quiet, chill and tidy!!!

Jack: Jack is 22 and works as a teaching assistant in North London. He’s originally from Chicago and enjoys books, any sport on water, and hanging out (he is also gay x)

We are all quite busy people so don’t have a lot of time to spend together, but when we do hang out it’s a great time!

We keep & prefer a pretty clean living space & have a chore chart on the fridge which is doing us well. We also like to communicate directly about anything that comes up for us so that the house vibe can stay open and cheerful — hopefully that sounds good to you too.

No couples or students sorry!

Please note that, as I’m hoping to leave earlier than my notice period, the first month may need to be a sublet before you’re able to officially join the joint tenancy.
