Hey, we are looking for a new roommate! We live in the beautiful and buzzing east London block that is Harpley Square, a 5 min walk to Stepney Green tube, an 8 min walk to Bethnal Green tube and 10 mins to Victoria Park!
The flat and general area has a very homey vibe, we know a fair few of the neighbours which gives the place a nice community feel, and we're even lucky enough to have a garden! The room currently has a desk in it, so looks a little different to the pictures currently.
There are 3 of us in the flat of 4. Two guys and a girl currently, we would like to keep the 50/50 balance. Sorry fellas! We are a pretty social house and are all very relaxed, creative people, and it's important to us that we find someone who is on a similar wavelength. So any fun people with a good energy, who want to make some new friends, this is the place for you!
We all work during the day, so viewings are going to be best arranged for 7ish in the evenings. Rent is £637.50 per month, plus bills.
