The apartment has recently been renovated to a very high standard and has a light and airy feel to it.
The bedroom has large fitted wardrobes with drawers giving lots of storage space. The double bed has a high spec new mattress. The room has dimmable lighting and a desk and chair.
JThe lounge has a floor to ceiling window and south facing window allowing in lots of natural light. It has an open fire and dining area. It leads out to a balcony.
The bathroom is located on the first floor next to the bedroom and has a high spec shower and bath.
The kitchen is located on the ground floor and comes with all the appliances built in (fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher) there is all the usual Pans/ crockery and utensils.
There is a breakfast bar handy for less formal Occasions.
The location: It is a six minutes walk to Stockwell tube station and two minutes to bus stops and cycle hire bays. It is within easy reach of Vauxhall, Brixton, Clapham, Oxford Circus and The City. On street parking is available with a residents parking permit which is easy to set up. Bicycles/ Bikes can be securely locked to the railings or bike storage units located at the end of our small block.
A bit about me: My work is usually 5 days per week and is not based at home.
I am sociable, respectful of those around me and always clean & tidy up after myself. I am looking for a guy that shares that expectation from themselves and the upkeep of communal area comes as second nature, to you. This is really important .
