Is in a three-bedroom two-story apartment on a quiet street in Stockwell.
The apartment has recently been renovated to a very high standard and has a light and airy feel.
The bedroom contains built-in wardrobes and drawers, providing lots of storage space. The double bed has a high-spec new mattress. A small desk and chair are available if needed. Dimmable lighting and side lamps are a feature throughout the apartment, adding to the ambience.
The lounge has a floor-to-ceiling south-facing window, allowing lots of natural light. It has an open fire and a dining area leading to a balcony.
The bathroom is on the first floor, next to the bedrooms. It has a high-spec shower, bath, storage space for toiletries and excellent lighting.
The kitchen has all the usual built-in appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher). It also has all the usual Pans/ crockery and utensils available.
There is a breakfast bar handy for less formal Occasions.
The apartment location is a six-minute walk to Stockwell tube station and two minutes to bus stops and cycle hire bays. It is within easy reach of Vauxhall, Brixton, Clapham, Oxford Circus, and The City. On-street car parking is available with a resident parking permit, which is easy to set up. If you own a bicycle, there is a bike storage unit within our small estate's parameters.
A bit about me and who we are looking for.
I work full time and am not home-based.
When I'm at home, I am sociable. I organise dinner for the odd evening when we are all home. Its a chance to relax, catch up with our news, eat well and sometimes afterwards, pop to the local pub for a pint or two.
I need my own space sometimes as we all do. I am mindful and respectful of your needs andthose around me and want my flatmates to relax, enjoy our calm, energising vibe, and make it their home as much as mine. We always clean and tidy up after ourselves when using the communal areas. If you share that expectation of yourself and the upkeep of communal areas as you use them., its second nature to be and live like that. this place might be a good fit for you. We are also looking for a Person that does NOT work from Home. These are both important to us when finding a New flatmate.
