I work full time and am not home-based.
When I am at home, I am sociable. I organise dinner for the odd evening when we are all home. It's a chance to relax, catch up with our news, eat well, and pop into the local pub for a pint or two.
We all need our own space and I am mindful and respectful of that and those around me. I want my flatmates to relax, enjoy our calm, energising vibe, and make it their home as much as I do. We always clean and tidy up after ourselves when using the communal areas. If you share that expectation of yourself, and it's second nature to be and live like that, then this place might be a good fit for you. We are also looking for a guy who does NOT work from Home. These are both important to us when finding a new flatmate.
