Bright double bedroom available in a newly built 5th-floor flat, ideal for a professional lodger looking for a calm, comfortable short-term stay.

The room includes its own desk/home office set-up, with good natural light and views. You would share the kitchen, sitting room and balcony with the owners, who live in their own bedroom with ensuite. You would have use of the second, larger bathroom, which includes a bathtub.

The flat is warm, modern and well looked after, with underfloor heating throughout and natural light/views from all main spaces. Bills are included.

We are two friendly professionals, one architect and one software engineer, both working from home several days a week. We are looking for a professional-only lodger for July, August and September. One-month or two-month stays also considered.
