I'm moving back to New Zealand, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room from 3rd September.

About the flat

This is a modern, spacious flat located just a 5-minute walk from Stockwell Station (Northern & Victoria lines) in a quiet residential street, away from the main road. It's a really convenient location with great transport links.

You'll also have plenty of amenities right on your doorstep. Within a minute's walk you'll find Sainsbury's, Lidl, and Jetts Fitness / Pure Gym, making day-to-day life incredibly convenient.

The room

The bedroom is south-facing, so it gets lots of natural light throughout the day. It's especially lovely during the winter months, though the blackout blinds do a great job if you prefer a darker room.

There's plenty of storage both in the bedroom and the shared living area. The building also has a secure, lockable ground-floor storage room that's ideal for bikes or additional storage.

All of the furniture will remain in the room, including:

About your flatmates

You'll be sharing with two friendly, easy-going British professionals, Owen and Jack, who work in law and tech.

They're both clean, respectful, and sociable, with a shared love of sports and a trip to the pub at the weekend. During the week they sometimes work from home, but they're generally in their rooms and are very considerate of shared spaces. They also rarely cook, so you'll usually have the kitchen to yourself.

Bills are approximately £100-150 per month, including all utilities and 1000Mbps broadband.
The letting agency will require standard reference checks.
