Large double room in quiet, gay friendly

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my current flatmate’s place in the tenancy.

Rent: £937 pcm per person
Bills: approx. £155 pcm per person
Total: approx. £1,092 pcm

The bills are approximately:

* Council Tax: £76
* Water: £49
* Internet: £28
* Gas/electricity: around £25–£30

Important: this would involve replacing the current tenant on the tenancy agreement, so the change of name/tenant would need to be agreed and arranged with the landlord/agency. Details can be discussed with anyone seriously interested.

The room is large and bright, with a big window overlooking greenery. The flat also has a shared living/dining area, modern bathroom with bath/shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

I’m gay and would ideally like to share with another gay/LGBTQ+ person or someone very LGBTQ+ friendly.

I’m mainly looking for someone quiet, clean and respectful. This is definitely not a party flat, and I’d like to live with someone who doesn’t play loud music or regularly make noise late at night.

I’m friendly and sociable and happy to chat or have a drink together, but I also really value having my own space and a peaceful home.
