Homely flat 2 minutes from Stockwell tube

Looking for a lodger, ideally female or LGBT male.

The room is a furnished double with loads of storage and a super comfortable mattress. (Also have bedding if you need!). It’s as shown but also has a bedside table now.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from Stockwell tube, if that. There’s a good size kitchen, separate living room, separate toilet and bathroom (shower over bath).

I’m a 33 year old nurse who works Monday to Thursday in the hospital, Fridays from home. I’m pretty social and might go out for dinner one night a week. Otherwise, I’m often in the gym after work and my girlfriend sometimes stays over. Weekends I’m usually out and about or staying in with a glass of red and a horror film (liking horror films is desirable but not essential…)

I’m looking for someone friendly who is similarly pretty chill during the week and happy to keep things clean/quiet etc. Ideally they would be sociable and have their own things going on, but equally wanting a cosy place to come back to.
