Double Room close to Stockwell Tube Station

Hi, i am looking for somebody to take over my room, as i will be moving out of the city for work in a few weeks. The house is located on a quiet, one-way street, 5-10 minutes walk from Stockwell Tube Station. All bills included in the price, with an exception of the water bill.
Preference for professionals over students. The landlord is a caring landlord, and resolves issues quickly. The housemates are very chill, and friendly. People tend to keep themselves to themselves, although there have been occasions where we've gotten pizza together, or watched a netflix show together in the living room.
