- I'm flexible on age range and the letting agency is flexible on income/guarantor/student status requirements (I have an overseas guarantor which they were happy to accept).

Hoping to find someone who's happy to have a friendly, relaxed home - I’m happy if you’re someone who needs your own space (the flat is very spacious for two people) but also would be down for sharing a wine and chat to unwind if that’s your vibe! WFH/studying in the living room would be fine since I can fit a desk in my room.
I'm vegan so would be great to find someone else vegan/veggie but this isn't a deal breaker. 🌻
