Spacious Room in Stockwell

I’m moving out with my partner, which means a room in our lovely house is up for grabs!

It’s a huge room with high ceilings in a modern 4-bed house, right by Stockwell Station. We’re looking for one girl (or a couple) to join the house and take over my spot on the tenancy via a name change.

• Separate living room for movie nights, reality TV and collectively ignoring responsibilities

• Lovely outdoor courtyard, covered terrace, and vegetable garden for the rare but treasured London sunshine ☀️

• 5 min walk to Stockwell station (Victoria line and Northern Line)
• 15 min walk to Oval (Northern line)
• 20 min walk to Clapham Common
• 20 min walk to Brixton
• Lidl right around the corner + Tesco express about 5 mins away
• Gyms like PureGym and Basic Space yoga super close by
• Heaps of pubs, cafés, restaurants and Lime bikes nearby

👯‍♀️ Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be joining Nicole, Phoebe, and Morgan. Phoebe and Morgan are both UK born and raised, Nicole is American and I (who you will be replacing) am Canadian 🇬🇧🇺🇸🇨🇦! Everyone is in their mid-late twenties and we all get along really well - there’s usually someone around for a chat, drink, dinner or spontaneous reality TV debrief, but we all have our own lives and friendship groups too.

✨ Who we’re looking for

Ideally another girl (or couple) who’s easy-going, clean, respectful and friendly, and wants somewhere that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to rent a room.
